Paul Lambert is widely regarded as Ireland's finest Mixologist. With almost 20 years mixing cocktails at the highest level, bartending at places like Sheen Falls Lodge, Gleneagles Resort Scotland, Diep le Shaker and the award winning SABA. Paul has amassed an array of awards including: 3rd in European Cocktail Championships, Portugal, 3rd at the DeKuyper Cocktail World Cup, Rotterdam, 6th 42Below Cocktail World Cup, Queenstown.
